The Oklahoma Certified Florist (OCF) and Oklahoma Advanced Certified Florist (OACF) certification programs are vehicles for professional florists to gain the knowledge and design skills needed to succeed in the highly competitive floral market industry. The OCF and OACF programs are designed to teach fundamental concepts in design, hands-on design skills, and the fundamental principles to efficiently operate a professional flower shop.

The OCF certification programs are developed for the individual who wants to learn, to change, and to improve upon their present knowledge of the floral industry. Following successful completion of each program, members will be awarded certification and will receive the designation of OCF or OACF as approved by the Oklahoma State Florists’ Association.
